SEAFOOD SALES CONSULTANT
Milwaukee's largest seafood distributor is looking for an eager sales professional
interested in developing new territories in the burgeoning seafood industry. Although
proven successful sales experience ideally in the foodservice industry would be
an advantage, all interested applicants are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be passionate about the foodservice industry; capable of developing a successful
territory based sales strategy, focused on long term
personal career goals, and
eager to pursue company initiatives. Prerequisites include
a positive attitude and a willingness to work with a young, energetic, and aggressive
team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong Verbal & written communication skills. Strong computer skills including
knowledge of Microsoft Office, aptitude with a laptop computer, and a willingness
to learn & utilize sales software. Working knowledge of common types of seafood.
Advanced Expectations:
Develop a successful territory through the application of various prospecting strategies.
Develop sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback, market conditions, and company directives. Ability to consistently identify new sources
of business. Demonstrate an appreciation for hard work, a willingness to overcome
obstacles, and a desire to achieve goals. Inspire others with drive and motivation
to sell aggressively. Build upon Empire Fish's established reputation as an elite
foodservice company.
